Your workspace is separated from every other customer’s. It is not hidden from KeepOak. This page says what that means, including what we don’t claim.

KeepOak is built and run by Taofik Bishi. When you write to support, you reach the people who run your computer. Everyone who can reach your workspace, and why, is in the table below.

Storage, memory, credentials, connections and browser profiles are kept separate between customers. You reach your workspace through protected web access.

Accounts and tools
You decide which accounts and tools connect. Nothing connects on its own.
Your AI provider
You choose and pay the provider, or use KeepOak AI billing once it opens.
Approval points
You set the steps an agent must stop at, such as sending email or making changes, before it goes further.
What we don’t claim
KeepOak does not hold SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI DSS or any other certification, and doesn’t imply one.
AI output can be wrong. Review anything consequential before you act on it.
Know the retention windows before you need them.
Lasts until you delete it.
Your computer is prepared and health-checked.
Your computer and files stay available while your plan is active. Agents are optional.
Everything keeps working until the paid period ends.
Where exports are enabled, download your saved copy by the deadline shown in your account.
Download your files before access ends if a saved export is not available. Ask support for help.
Deleting your account
A separate request that needs fresh verification. Normal access stops when it’s accepted, and a restricted recovery page stays open for a 30-day grace period. Then the identified data is removed.
What is kept longer
Minimal payment and audit records are kept for seven years for accounting, disputes and compliance. That never includes agent conversations, provider secrets or workspace files.
