How it works

From sign-up to a first handoff.

Four steps, in order. Each says what you do, what KeepOak does, and what is still on its way.

  1. Create your account

    Open now

    Continue with Google, or use your email. Email sign-in sends a six-digit code that works once and expires after 10 minutes. No payment is needed for this step.

  2. Choose a workspace plan

    Open now

    Pick Private, Operator or Power, billed monthly or yearly. After payment, your account shows each setup step while your cloud computer is prepared and checked.

  3. Add an agent if you want one

    Optional

    Your desktop, Files and terminal are a complete workspace without agents. From Browse apps, choose Branch Agent, Hermes Agent or OpenClaw when you need one. Each agent asks you to connect an AI provider account; being signed in to ChatGPT in your browser is not enough.

  4. Hand off one bounded task

    Needs a plan

    Name the outcome, point to the source files, and say where the agent must stop. Review what comes back before anything consequential goes out. Then keep it as a template you can hand over again.

Your account outlives your plan

Cancelling a workspace never closes your account or your AI wallet, and never cancels a ChatGPT or other provider subscription you pay for separately.
