It runs in a professional data center on a fast network. You reach it through your own internet connection, from any browser.
Network speed depends on the server you pick and is an upper limit, not a guarantee. Where a computer has daily infrastructure backup, it protects the computer itself and is not a file restore service you can run yourself.

The plan pays for the computer. AI usage pays for the model thinking. Keeping them apart means you always know which is which.

These API-key routes are documented for Hermes Agent and OpenClaw. Choose the provider in your installed agent’s setup, then add its key there. KeepOak’s account sign-in does not connect your model. Provider availability can vary by agent and version.
A browser subscription does not include API credits. Subscription access is a separate connection: use it only if your installed agent offers that provider’s supported sign-in method and your subscription is eligible. The provider’s plan, usage limits and any extra charges still apply. We do not promise that every subscription works with every agent.

Moving to a bigger or smaller computer isn’t open yet; write to support if you need more room. When it opens you will see the exact new price, the date it takes effect and any prorated charge before you confirm.
Takes effect at the end of the month or year you paid for. Your computer keeps working until then. Unused time isn’t refunded, unless the law requires it.
Duplicate charges are refunded. So is a workspace we can’t deliver after you contact support. A short setup delay isn’t a failed delivery. Your consumer rights still apply.
Where exports are enabled, a saved copy of your workspace is kept for 30 days after access ends, then service data is deleted. Backups expire within 35 days. Download your copy before the date shown in your account.
